All Blurred World products are shipped by the owner.

Every piece created by Blurred World is handcrafted start to finish with the buyer in mind. Due to this, please be patient with production and shipping times.

Please allow up to 4–8 weeks for the production and shipping of your order if it is a pre-order item, and 2-5 days if the item is pre-made.

When you have completed a purchase from Blurred World, you fully agree that our company is no longer responsible for your item(s) after it has been shipped and you have been provided a tracking number.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please understand that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or courier issues. Blurred World is not responsible for such delays.

We are not responsible if your order is returned to us by the courier. Please contact us once it has been returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but we can process a reshipment, and the buyer will be financially liable for the additional shipping costs associated with the order.

Blurred World does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items that are lost, stolen, or stuck in transit during delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and ensure they are available on the expected delivery date. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be directed to the carrier.

Blurred World does not cover any duties, taxes, or additional fees on international orders.
